C.O.A will be announcing winners for other contests.(don't come whining to us if you do not win)

C.O.A will be holding its own general contest. Seasonal and Holiday contest.

There would be three judges per contest.

Contests are held whenever the holder of the contest wants it to start.

If you were to win they would be held in the Hall of fame.

Here in C.O.A there is hardly any rules.
But you MUST respect everyone.
If you don't win don't have a anguish moment. Better luck next time.
C.O.A is not a place to hang out in. So don't idle there.
